BUMMER! Sides? That's a new one on me, I have no experience or knowledge on tweaking the sides on the deads...... I would hope the typical rest, ice, icy hot would alleviate that, but that's about all I have on this one.
I certainly hope this doesn't dampen any meet prep you may have been doing.
