Geared AND raw! Awesome! I believe rbiggiam and vikingpower both do gear and raw. Hit 'em up! Also, ToolPod appears to be right around the same strength as you, and uses a lot of the same lifts. There are others, but these three are longtime regulars.
NICE pushing! Floor presses with chains? That's just wrong..... :')
Welcome to the logs! I'm excited! Another HUGE bencher!
God Bless.

I haven't done declines in awhile but will go out on a limb and say I would definately do more weight than my floor press. 410 with 100 pounds at the top for 510-I got you man.
Nice squatting. 705 on the back - gotta love it!

Next time I train for a full power meet I may have to take you up on your offer. I've been looking for someone to train the squat with to help me maximize my squat. You look a lot like that person!

WOW! Sean, you're an all out pressing machine. That is a serious mix of intensity & volume. To finish with those dumbells like that is INSANE! 42 reps! Nice way to hit various points on your press. Impressive.
Do you find doing the raw work and shirt work in the same session difficult as far maintaining your "groove". Do you follow any certain type of training methodology?

thanks chancey my groove stays the same as i am not a belly bencher but do try to hit lower pecs/upper abdominal area this was the first day of my new training cycle and do like to mix raw and shirt together to me it helps and compliments both next week instead of close grip chains we will do rack lock outs i always try to keep by body guessing but to have a method behind it all.

thanks chancey we believe in heavy volume i learned from mistakes in the past in our training to get to the next level you have to push yourself past limits every three to fours weeks of high volume then either back down the following week or take it off completly depends on how your body feels.

Dude, you all have re-defined volume! I'm going to have to come up with an entirely different set of cleverly contrived comments just for your log! MAN I wish Hammer was still posting here, yall would be awesome resources for one another!
I stand in awe......
God Bless!

Sean, I in no way feel I have much to offer you for building strength, you are at least two categories ahead of me in that respect. BUT: do you like chiropractors? I LOVE 'em, and that would be my first recommendation, about a nanosecond before I mention ice and aspirin/Tylenol. Gotta take care of that back! You only get one of those. And I learned the hard way the pain in your sides can definitely come from back issues. (My rib heads seperate from my vertebrae on a semi-regular basis, and it makes funny pains pop up in strange places)
Speedy recovery!
God Bless.
