585 for 1 is taking it easy? Strong finish with 405 for 8. My Friday tip for you - Avoid stairs. All things considered pretty strong on the DL. You might be able to get another DL session in but I would leave at least 10 days rest. Conditioning will not be quite there but your squat is a testament to a strong back.

sat-bench day-last heavy pectorals extremely painful have been treating with heat and ice bench barx2x10 135x10 135x10 225x10 275x10 315x4 425x1 475x1 left side locked right side not- right now severe soreness/tendonitis/muscle pain 415x3 3brd 405x3 455x3 475x1 kennellys 40x16 40x16 40x16 called it no more heavy pressing untill meet time need to rest and recuperate sunday back day seated rows-plate loaded 210x10 260x10 260x10 260x10 close grip pull downs 210x10 210x10 210x10 wide grip could feel these in the pecs and not in a good way 120x20 120x21 shrugs 225x10 275x10 365x10 445x10 dumbell hammer curl 60x10 60x10 60x10 shoulder press 125x10 175x10 thats it will cut all accessory this week and next sat. do opener and thats it untill the meet.

lysimacus knows a thing or two about horses and I concur. You not going to get any stronger by lifting any more so you definitely should be taking it easy. If you lift and it hurts, stop, at least that movement and modify (more than one way to do anything). Stay healthy man.

thanks mike talk to you in the am well guys it wasnt the day i wanted hoping to flirt with a 475-500 was over weight as of thurs talked to lackie and went all day just on protein shakes and no water friday night weighed in at 238.5 so ok there my opener was 402 went fine then jumped to a 435 and it to was ok but i could tell that i just did not have what i wanted so lackie decided i should do a 450 and could not quite lock it out oh well i hate excuses so i wont write any but the people that know me knows it was one of those months thanks to my team mates there the best and they all had a great day and was cool to meet chancey he is a good guy.
