Sean - you have some serious volume in your training. How long are your workouts averaging? Just curious. I only do about half of what you do and it takes me 60 to 80 minutes (stretching and warm-ups included).

hammer it takes us on the week days about two hours and on saturdays a little over three hours and sunday mornings an hour or so 9/1/07 did not go good today was up late for family reasons everything is ok but very tired and no energy left pec is very tender in the arm pit.i know excuses excuses bench-warm up bar 2 sets of 10 135x10 135x10 225x10 315x4 405x1-this is where the soreness kicked in shirted up with my old loose shirt 495x3 3brd 545x2 no board but a two board depth 425x2 raw 225x29 315x9 first five touch and go last four long pauses 2 board with pinky on ring and 100lbs if chain 325x3 415x3 465x2 505x- no power press downs 70x20 80x14 110x12 110x12 kennellys 35x10 40x10 60x10
