Yow! Nice curls...you must have cog-diesel arms! What's your PR on strict-curl?

Thanks for the compliments everybody.
I have never done strict curl - basically due that we have never had a meet around me that had it. I have not maxed out on curl for a long time. So I really don't know what I can do on them. I do try to stay pretty strict when I do them and not try to use the back much if any. So I think that I could do pretty well in competition. I might max. out in next month or so just to see where I am at.
I do know this; after my arm workout. I crap up at lot in the forearms. So I try not to do them right before bed. The reverse curls really tear me up. But I believe in full body workouts. Hit each individual muscle group to help support the group muscles.
I believe that is why my strength has really gone up in the last year or so. But, I will admit these workouts are brutal and I only do them once a week - due to recovery time.
God Bless You All.

Looks strong for a low energy workout. And if it's from that arm workout I am certainly not surprised. Now, I hope we don't lose you and have you hanging around the Strict Curl forum.

Supersetting curls and upright rows........ :')
I still haven't gone back to giving the upright rows a try yet. One day once I get my bench back moving UP I might start back. That's quite a load you put on the shoulders and biceps today!
God Bless!

Pause) Dumbbell Flys - 60 x 12 60 x 12 60 x 12 Wrists - Rolls 2 x 2 Have A Good Weekend Everyone - God Bless and Be Safe!

That is some mighty fine pressing!
You would be a scary 242 pounder because you don't appear to hold a lot of fat. Heck, you probably got 20 pounds in biceps alone. ;D

Echo Chancey! I tell you, you can be a rock solid 242 just as easy as a 220, and get to eat more. 3speed may have talked me into going 198 this weekend, have to weight and see (pun intended). :')
MIGHTY fine pressing!
God Bless.
