Those 3 plates felt like 4, not that I know how that feels yet, but I was so beat up from the 380 2Board Press PR last friday. I'm considering deloading every 3rd week instead of every 4th, any suggestions?

Find that balance between going wide open and de-loading, to where you feel like you're making gains but not beat up. Right now, I'm going 3 weeks then deloading, but that's just because it fits in with the meet in December. After that, I might deload every 3 weeks until after the NC state meet.
God Bless.

I bet! You call that balance, you must have had one dumbell in each hand. That's pretty mean to yourself for that kind of reps!

It's fine to use the word "pump" on a powerlifting forum. There's a certain amount of transfer of learning that crosses the boundaries. :')
I have no idea how yall can get so much volume in. Man!
'Nuff said.

All those reps give me a nice pump and a break from the 90% and above weights.

I am amazed about the amount of the "supplemental" lifts you do. Your shoulders/delts must be like bowling balls!

Take care of that wrist! I don't know what kind of advice to offer for something like that, but it does sound like it could have disadvantages. If you're not cycling up for a meet, I'd say take a couple of weeks light, REALLY light. But I can't recall if you're cycling up or not.
Still, a STRONG workout!
God Bless.

I had a similar problem with the tendon that comes down off of the wrist before.
How wide is your normal grip? I used to do all my pressing with pinkys in the rings. A few months ago I went to putting the 1-2 finger gap on the rings. That seemed to clear up my wrist.
...that and a couple days of Advil to cut down on the inflammation.

I mostly use index on rings. By the way the pain is gone, It must have been a minor strain or something, incredibly it felt better after my back workout.
