Man! I've been looking at your workouts covering the last week or so. 10 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps, you have a lot more stamina or patience than me! I try to avoid counting that high when I work out!
Nice work with the triples!
God Bless. Doug

I just feel that reps in that range keep me healthy and help me not to feel so beat up. Next heavy bench workout I'll be working up to an easy 1RM.
Peace.

I struggled with my bench for the last 6 months - tried everything. I finally tried higher reps for 9 weeks (with chains). I have now dropped the reps back and upped the weigth and my bench is moving for the first time in over a year. Sometimes it helps to confuse the muscles and maybe let them recover a little.

It's always interesting to see thru the eyes of a 3 year old. Too bad things aren't so simple in our world.
