I know man, I'm taking a break from direct tricep work and those mil. presses are just what I need.

Looks like you're transitioning from reps to more intensity. Nice "deload" week.

I'm going to try to deload every 4th heavy bench day, it's hard emotionally since it feels good to always bang away with heavy weights, but my elbows need it, light days are not enough.

Thanks guys, today I feel like I got hit by a truck, but it's all good. Many times as I aproach the bench for a PR, I kind of just mumble a prayer and offer the lift to God as worship, whether I get it or not, it's still my offering to Him, if football players dedicate td's to God, and baseball players homeruns, I can dedicate my humble PR's to Him who gave me life.

Well if you got hit by a truck and are still here, THAT is PROGRESS!
:')
You and I have the same approach, brother. All glory to God! Amen and Amen!
God Bless.
