Bad time to test the 1RM. Surely is good enough to call a workout though! Take care.

I know, but I had determined to keep myself commited to 8/20 as if it was a meet. so I had to do it regardless of how I felt. My wife is ready to pop out our 3rd child so she's constantly moving in bed and that keeps me up. On the other hand, now it's time to try another raw bench program, yipee!
Any suggestions???

Nice work. I have the same problem. We're having twins and the wife is very uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

I think you are due to mix it up some. Maybe limit your 90%+ lifting and grind out some reps at 80s. Hit your 90 percent once a month for a couple. Or maybe an old school 5 x5 or the ever so popular Buckeye or a reverse pyramid. I mean its endless but I think it's a good idea.

I need to heed your advise, you're not the first one to tell me this. Have you tried Bossi's routine?

I’ve never done the Bossi routine because I’m really not an over 8 rep kind of guy and I’ve always benched twice a week. I really like his reverse scheme. I love to rep after going heavy. I bet you would make awesome gains on it. I would steal the template and bench twice a week (kinda spread out the volume) and instead of 10-11 reps I would go 8-9. That’s based on MY experiences. I say give it a try anyway that works for you. There is NO way you walk away with any less of a 1RM. Beside I'd love to follow a live guinea pig.
