315x2 is NOT weak, big guy!
Chains.
I know nothing about Hudson, NH. If it is anywhere near the country, there ought to be a tractor supply or agricultural supply place, heck maybe even a logging supply place. If there is one in the yellow pages, call 'em up and ask them if they have 1/2" or 5/8" chain by the foot. If they do, make your own set. If you get over to buy the chain, explain to the guy you want to use it to hang from a weight bar, explain what you want the chains to do, and ask for how best to accomplish that. I made a 34# set for $35.
If you decide that's the route you want to take, PM me and I'll 'splain how I put them together. If not, there's a place I think in NY state that sells them. Ought to be a next-day or second day delivery. If you go some of the web sites, you might be able to find this company. Wish I could remember the name......
Using chains:
3SPeed is dead on with the cycling thing. I don't use as much chain so I cycle them more frequently. Once you start using them, they're addictive, but be sure to remember the CNS needs a break too. You can use them for bench, squat, deads, good mornings, etc.
GOd Bless.

Donald, for a guy who's not feeling 100%, you sure put in an impressive workout! I'd have been done after the dips, but you went and did floor presses up to 365! My hat is off to you!
Hope you get to feeling better soon.
God Bless.

Sorry, I wish I could gain size like some of you guys instead of the strength sometimes. One thing I do need to start doing is training my legs, I struggle will squatting 315 pounds. Some of you guys blow my mind with what you do.

Donald, go and check out what Smoke has to say about bench pressers adding squats. Don't worry about size if you have the strength anyway. What's more important to you, looking strong or being strong? I think you have the latter down to a science......
God Bless.

Just do it! Hang in there and the weight will no doubt come. You are a tank! Besides you nail that down I bet you would put up some staggering numbers for a total.

Thank you I really do appreciate that. This forum is really the most interactive forum for weight lifting that I have been part of. Everyone is so encouraging, nice, and very helpful. I wish that the RAW power lifting was a little more popular up this way with the meets because I would love to meet some of you all.

315x6 on the deadlifts? I thought you were a bencher! That's some mighty fine pulling if you're training bench only, but definitely puts you in the running on a push/pull or full power!
SWEET!
God Bless.

Maybe I will eventually get desensitized to your heavy lifting over time but for now – good grief. 75 x 5 Hammer Curls. Your not strong for your weight your just plain strong. Period.

Don, do you have the luxury of a decline bench or do you do these in a cage? Strong pressing & pulling.
