Down to 164 pounds and I am feeling great, I am hoping to drop some more weight to get to a place were I can see a six pack. Of course I have never had one but there is always a first time.

Man that some awesome pressing. I can't figure what you have to lose. You have to be muscle on muscle to being throwing that type of poundage around at that weight. Keep up the good work.
