Great job on your bench workouts. I would hate to go against you in a competition. I used to do military but had to stop because of shoulder problems. Keep up the good work.

Last night I got home from work and felt like crap, if i workout I win if I don't workout every idiot from the public wins and also my bosses, so I worked out and won

Beltless Squats 315-3 335-3 355-2 375-2 395-1 410-1 smoked 5 away from 415 which is my best beltless. Next week 420.
