Don...looks good man...your getting about 75-80lbs out of the F6. I've competed once before with a borrowed double denim...it didn't really fit well...I was getting maybe 25lbs out of it. My opener flew up which was at or below my raw max, and then I missed the next two attempts at 25-30lbs over it. If you don't mind me asking how is the sizing on it...shirt size vs. your measurements...and how hard is it to get into?

When I was warming up that day for the meet, I went up to 355 raw touch and go. So I got about 55 pounds with the shirt that day.

Fantastic Don. You are amazing. To do 165 for 30 after all the other work is just incredible. I can feel that burn!!!
What is your bodyweight now? Do you stay under 165 between meets? Or do you drop for the meet?
Not that it matters either way. If you weighed 181 and did that workout, I would still be very impressed.

I weigh 170 but that was my first time really trying to do my weight for reps, it is harder then I thought.

30 is outstanding. You're quite a competitor. If I know we are going to be at the same meet, I'll stay in the 181 class. If you move up, I'll drop down, so I don't have compete against you, LOL.

Thank you, I had a new partner start with me yesterday who has never done power lifting before. He weighs about 270ish but he pretty strong. Yesterday when doing the bench he did 225 3 times and today he did an awesome job with the leg press, he made it look very easy. I am hoping I can get him into wanting to compete in the future since he seems so naturally strong.
