Hello everyone!!! My name is Robert I live in Pasadena,California. I am 26 years old I am 6'2 235 and recently lost 110lbs from GASTRIC BYPASS SURGURY. Since losing my WEIGHT i have always wanted tro become SUPER STRONG, like WEIGHTED CHIN UPS, 400LBS bench press, 500LBS SQUAT. But """HONESTLY""" I cannot find one piece of SOLID good ADVICE on where to start, how to train, when to train, what to lift and basically what TO DO!!!!!!! So I joined this forum at 2:15AM on Tuesday morning to find some answers. My email is RPS818@yahoo.com if SOMEONE can PLEASEEEEEEEEEE for the love of GOD email me with some answers. here are my questions. 1. How should I work out, how many reps, sets, weights? 2. How many days a week should i train? 3. Supplements? 4. Where can i compete? 5. Please give me some advice, please.
Robert Shumway Pasadena, California 26/M
Thank you everyone!!!
