Helo , My training is kinda simple three days a week 2dl/sq days and a bench day or 2bench and a dl sq day .I do a few assistance ex. but the main focus is on ratating exercises for the main lift every two-three weeks. Here goes: On my last bench day i've managed 2reps with 308lb on the flat bench with the crambered bar. Tomorow i will try on the same exercise 5 reps with 286 and 3reps with 308...if i can make it i'm prety shure that i will manage one rep with 330lb... Hope i can make it...

Can't you go to elitefts.com and order bands from them? I would be surprised if they didn't ship international.

I've got it.I pressed the crembered bar lodede with 330lb ...it was hard but i did it .Not it would be interesting to see how much i bench with the regular bar and i will see that next week...bout now i've got to concentrate on wide stance squats .Cuz that is what i'l do next week mostly.
THis week was kinda bad for me (must have been the weather or somethin) ,but i hope that the next one will be better ... PEACE!

The last weeks have been kinda hot(i mean the weather) ,and i did not have the mood to train heavy. But all is not lost.I've been training the bench and squat only ,practicing my form and trying to get a mediun weight for few more reps & few more sets.
Thats abaut it ...in other words SQUAT TILL YOU DROP !!!

I do not feel these weeks as lost because i've gained some stamina in the 80%rm range ,and now i'm more than ready do start increasing the weight ,and set new PR in the SQ and BP.
Good Luck to you all ! ! ! and remember to work hart for everything...in powerlifting ,dedicated work (in time) ,always pays off .

I will atempt new PR's in the squat and bench in abaut two weeks.I've just started to gradualy increase the weights. My bench is sure to go up at least 5kg/11lb ,i just hope everything goes well until then. If i will not experience problems(personal stuff that interferes with my training) ,I hope to get back with good news as soon as posible. Ringht now i have acumulated a lot of agresion(twards training bechouse i haven't worked with the big weights for some time now and this sould be very productive for the PR atempt days.Let's just hope i will fell this way in two weeks ! Good Luck to Everyone !

So,
The test day has arived and I managed to bench press 160kg(bout 350lb) ,the old record being 150kg(bout 330lb).It was kinda sour victory bechouse i was hoping for an easy 350 si that i can try (and succeed) the 170(bout 374lb) ...Thats it .I'm not sad tho bechouse I figured the 375 and even the 400 is not far...
Good Luck to Everyone !

Congratulations! There's no shame in a 350 bench press, that leaves the other two as goals for you. Just as you said, 375 and 400 is not far!
Nice benching Vic!

Yep,
Light it was...I did Wide GM 2x2x130kg(bout 286lb);one arm deadlifts 5x70kg(154lb),4x80kg(176lb)...I guess the biceps got the most work done with 4x70kg(154lb)&1x80kg(176lb)...This is kind of an ego booster for me, my best being 2 reps with 90kg(198lb) back when i was bout 90-95kg bodyweight...since then i haven't paid much atention to it

Nice going on the curls. That's some hefty weight, bro!

It's all part of the rhythm. There are different names given to that phenomenon, but the body works in cycles, with little waves in the cycles. Once in a while you're on top of the cycle, hitting PRs all over the place, next thing you know you're at the bottom of the cycle, and can't lift hardly anything. Relax, big fellow, in a few weeks you will be setting new records!
Keep training hard!
God Bless. Doug
