My birthday is in 4 days! Tomorrow is heavy squat and sprints.

Squat - 135X5,145X5,155X5,165X5,175X5 PR!! (Form is flawless) Speed RDL - 225X3,3,3 PR!! RDL - 315X3, 365X1,1 (Pretty Easy) PR!! SLDL - 135X15,15 PR!!
Lower back is gunna be on fire tomorrow. Saporo's soon, and in 3 days I'll be 15.

Thanks for my wishing me a happy b-day everyone. I had a pretty good birthday, did my drug and alcohol test today and getting my permit tomorrow. Here's yesterday's workout, I think many of you will be amazed.
Rows - 225X5, 3 (Used legs but still alot of back used) CG Rows - 135X8,8 (Just back) Jumps - 34 in. X 3,3
Short but good workout. I love rows, probably my favorite workout. Went from 135 using my legs alot to 225X5 using my legs somewhat in about a year. Tomorrow or Friday I'm maxing deadlifts, Sunday I'm maxing squats and bench.

dadgumit! I didn't hit my max but almost and ended up hitting a cinderblock wall and a wooden pole and busting my knuckle wide open, so it's bleeding right now.
Deadlift - 185X3, 225X1, 275X1, 315X1, 405X0,0,.75(got it up to half of my quad and couldn't go no more), .5(got it to under my knee), 385X0
Duckies. I know I can get 405, I guess I'll give it about 2 weeks and then try it again. This Sunday is maxing on bench and squat, so hopefully I get happy with what comes from that. Also, went to get my permit today and failed the eye exam so I'm going to the eye doctor tomorrow.

Last of my maxing. Did this on no sleep. Right, I didn't go to sleep last night. Duckies games. Anyways, here's todays max:
Bench - 95X5, 135X3, 155X1, 185X1, 200X0, 195X0 (185 went up easy) Squat - 135X3, 155X1, 185X1, 225X1, 250X1, 265X1, 275X0
So my official maxes are:
Bench - 185 Squat - 265 Deadlift - 405 Total - 855 @ 170
My goals for next max (which'll prolly be in a month or so) are:
Bench - 205 Squat - 285 Deadlift - 425 Total - 915
