I do my JM presses with bands as I do my floor press. I do this by taking a mini band twisted and then draped around my back with one end in each hand. I lie down on the band providing the anchor and then do the exercise. It works great and really give a good pump in the triceps. You need to use light weights with the JM press such as just starting with the bar and doing sets of 12 reps. Just thought I would throw that out to you guys if you've never tried it.
