Just curious when/if other people drop accessory work before a meet? I'm taking into account that there will be basically no lifting the week before the meet.

Right up to the bitter end, Chancey . I keep accessory work along with the compound moves until 7-8 days out, then go cold turkey.

I quit as soon as possible. Today works for me.......
In all seriousness, I quit tricep isolations except for CGBP two to three weeks out, and the CGBP one to two weeks out. Nasty wides same thing. (That's about all I have time for on the bench any more, but you catch the trend.)
For the legs/back, I'll hit my last "auxiliary" deadlift day three weeks out, my last deadlift day two weeks out, then squat up to the Monday of the meet. That day I only work up to an opener.
