What are some good books that focus on building strength, specifically in all of the big three? I'm always looking to soak up PL information like a sponge and would like some recommendations on the best resources aimed at intermediate/advanced lifters. If there are books that focus on RAW training (technique, routines, etc... that don't just beat you into the ground 7 days/wk.) that would be a huge plus.

Hi Doug,
Both him and Elitefts have a bunch. I'm looking for opinions from others who have bought a few

Anything by Fred Hatfield or Mel Siff. Both are excellent resources for understanding how the body works and how the different bodyparts interact. They are for the advanced lifters. Siff is very technical and dry. It is best taken in small chunks.

Thanks 3. I have Dr. Squats 'PL - A scientific approach'. I look into others written by them.
