how many of you take a week or so off now and then? how often?

hello harpguy74,I usually only take off if life happens or on vacation somewhere.I will take time off after a meet.I have taken time off if I'm injured and I can't rehab a injury.I take aweek off after a meet.Depending on the injury I use 10 days off to help heal up.If it's not too serious I will try to work around it and rehab it.If I feel run down or i haven't improved on an exercise.I will deload the weight or try different exercise. I take a solid week off following meets and once every 10 weeks. Somewhere around the 8-10 week mark of consistent 90+% work, the CNS takes a pummeling. I used to fight through it, but found (thanks to some great advice here) that the rest was key in keeping the poundage moving up.
