I am sure Hatfield has broken this down before, in a way I wouldn’t understand anyway, but do others find themselves grinding out warm up sets and don’t feel right to you start to handle a certain poundage? Not feeling right like joint discomfort and unable to get in your "groove". I experience this phenomenon mostly benching. If I had to guess I might think I am not warming up enough.

i have that problem sometimes with squatting. i don't add additional warmup sets in, but will add in a couple extra reps to each of my warmup sets.
