For the four sets of 8 to 10 after the first set of 3 reps on chest day , should I be increasing the weight, decreasing, or trying to keep it the same for each set? And the same question for all the other exercises in the routine.

i always try, this is myself though, is keep it in the 8-10 range, so if I hit eleven then I move up five pounds and do the next but if I am not doing well that day, then I will decrease the weight in order to stay in the rep range. but that is just me, I have read other peoples logs and i have seen people drop the wieght down, but then others go up in wieght.
