What kind of workout would you do if you were 4-8 months away before your 16 week diet?
I've decided that next year I'm going to attempt to bodybuild in a few competitions. I've already got them mass and size, I just need to grow slightly in a few areas and get as much lean muscle mass as possible prior to cutting.
Any thoughts, ideas, or heads-up?
