I spoke with Paul Bossi last night about what I did wrong in my routine. I was doing 2 sets of 2 reps with 325lbs, with a 3 second pause on each rep. Then Wham! my benched dropped to barely getting 275lbs. 5 reps with 225lbs was a job too.
So Paul took the time to call me and help a newbie out. I started his routine today and loved it, but I will admit the decline bench is my worst lift and I can do much more than 225lbs on it.
I will continue to do this routine until it no longer works which should be a very long time from now. Paul, I will take you up on that offer to come visit you and train with you! Your only 7 hrs away...lol I will make the trip once school is out.
I also want to thank Shawn "Bud" Lyte for all his help too. He showed me Pauls wotkout and told me it was a very good routine for me to do. Thanks Shawn you da'man.
I will keep in touch and let everyone know how it is working out for me. I hope to see some of you at the meet on May 13th. I wont be in it unless a miricale strikes and my bench goes up again, I will be going to watch and learn.

This routine is really tough to stick with week after week. But if you put in the hard work you will see gains. It got me to my first 300 (touch-and-go) last year. Good luck and don't stop at 350!

yes that is the one. but on biceps it isnt 1 set inside and 1 set inside on ez curl bar, it is actually sets inside (close grip) and sets outside (wide grip) I love this routine, i also do a killer leg routine that Marc Lobliner set me up with, talk about a killer leg routine! i thought i was gonna puke today. At this rate, I should be in darn good shape soon, especially for the Sheriffs Dept.

www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lobliner2.htmBe warned...it is an azz kicker. You wont be able to go heavy, believe me. I use this program for now because my doctor said I can do lighter weight for higher reps. So this routine will get my legs in shape and keep them there until i can go heavy. Let me know how you feel after this routine!

Started the Bossman routine 2 weeks ago. It is really tough. My shoulders still ache. However that being said, I am already seeing an improvement in my bench. Its been a long time time since I got excited about a routine. Thanks bodebldr2000 for bringing it to my attention. Am setting new goals this year.
