I have been doing a routine by ed coan, but I was wondering if when i went to bench did a warm up, then second warm up, then did ninty percent of my max for two sets of four, then did a back off to about seventy percent for a two sets of eight then go to fifty and do two burn outs. Then after that heavy flies and heavy tries, would that be over train. I was thinking of doing that for my deads and squat.
