i have decided to compete in power sports which is raw but is curl,deads, and bench. She I still train squats as hard or should I let up some, and how do you train your biceps for the curl event?

I'm the world's worst authority on curls, but as for the squat, train it! The leg and hip strength will definitely help out the deads.
