Are you still feeling soreness in your hips? Did this result from doing different exercises or widening your stance and posture where your hips take more of the weight? I can see the right knee hurting, and for me I had to go a wider stance to cancel the knees hurting--did work. But he hips seem to be a high recup muscle, like the calve and biceps, forearm muscles. Are you sore in the hamstrings at all? I was told long ago that the reason why one is sore in certain areas constantly after an execise one is acclimated onto is that the muscle doesn't get good blood supply as the rest. Anyone else here this? I can do front squats and back squats of various foot widths, and always will I have ham soreness, and little quad soreness which is rare--which happens if a certain exercise like Fr. Sqs, weren't done for awhile.
Anybody exeperience the same?
