this question has probable been asked a million times I don't know cause i just found this site today. Since this is a raw forum does anyone do Westside routines? If yes, can you show me a bit of your workouts. thanks.

Great question, I was going to post the same question myself.
I posted this on another forum a while ago and was advised to go by the standard method, with a few minor changes. On DE Bench day, where you bench 8 sets of 3 reps at 60%, I was advised to touch my chest with the bar on every rep and to not pause it. Also on both DE days to add 5-8 sets of 70% to 80% singles after DE Bench and DE Squat. In addition, I was advised to do a lot of full range movements on the ME days.
