at last night's workout i, being the forgetful person that i am left my numbers in the car for each lift. i glanced at the papers in the moring before work so i thought i had an idea of what i was supposed to do. 185x10, 250x6, 305x6, 345x6, 385x2, 385x2, 315x6. the only trouble i had was the second rep of the 5th and 6th sets. although it did seem a bit heavy for 3 weeks in the program. after pushing out the last set i looked at shawn's paper and realized i was doing week 6....oops ;D moral of the story...BRING YOUR TP!!!
