I've just successfully completed my second 12 week Gillingham bench program, my question is should i run another 12 week cycle ie if it's not broke don't try to fix it or is it worth my while trying something different just for one cycle to help keep things fresh and prevent boredom, this for me would be the Russian squat routine for bench which is a 9 week cycle which i ran sometime ago with success ? Any advice welcome so thanks in advance

If you're getting stronger, don't question changing the program.

I don't think there is any steed fast rule as to when or how often to change programs. If you're getting stronger and you're not board of you routine, stick with it. There have been several times where I ran the same routine for 6 to 18 months (Just changing up accessory work). I personally don't like to change up my training a lot.
