Hey guys!
I’m 21 years old, 6 foot tall and i weight 190 lbs, my bf is about 15 percent. I’ve been tranining for 2 years and recently i got interested in powerlifting, so i changed up my training style.
My current max:
Squat: 130kg (290lbs)
Bench: 115lg (255lbs)
Deadlift: 170kg (280lbs)
(I know it’s weak, but i just started concentraining on the big 3 three months ago.)
Now i have 3 workouts (leg-push-pull) where i’m focusing on one of the 3 main lifts, but i would like to add a 4th to my training cycle. If my 4th workout is a full body workout, what would be a better idea? To do a dynamic effort day or a bodybuilding style hypertrophy day? What would benefit me more?

Welcome to our site.
You haven't supplied enough informatioin about your training for someone to give you an informed response. Exactly what do your current workouts look like? With training, you have to walk a fine line adjusting the interplay of volume, intensity and frequency.
