Had surgery on L shoulder June 2011, R shoulder needs same...bone spurs, not injurious, but painful as heck! Only hurts benching and squat prep while stretching shoulder...no time for surgery, meet in Aug and Sept. Thanks for asking!

I had bones spurs removed about 10 years ago. It was ripping up shoulder from inside. Wish I would have done it 10 years before that. Only draw back, my bench never has come back.
