Went to the Y in Fayetteville to squat spot for a friend, do not like the Y as I tried to work in THREE times with THREE different people only to be told,"I got one more...." Then sit there and look in the mirror, finish your other exercise or sit and fix your music AAAARRRGGGHHHH!

180 x 8 200 x 8 210 x 8 Face Pulls...do not like...hurts my bad shoulder
30 x 8 40 x 8 50 x 8 T Bar Rows
45 x 8 90 x 8 135 x 8 DB Rows
70 x 8 90 x 8 100 x8 Over all not my best workout...Dead lifts tomorrow!
