For me. Abs and cardio all week. Just prepping for next weeks drive for the 100% World Championship belt (3). Monday I will be maxing out. My goal 440. 10 and 20 lbs under the present world record. My final goal. 500 LBS by Worlds.
The wife is feeling better. She starts her program today. Back to coaching. My second favorite thing to do in this sport.

I have never used Tribustal but you have me very curious. I amgoing to order some for my next cycle when I prepare for Amercan Challenge in June. Ialso plan on going to the Worlds so maybe I will meet you there. I was able to win a belt last year in the Masters division but had no shot in the OPEn . I will probably drop down to 198 this year, for health reasons and to be more competitive.

Chest
Max out day.
Took the last week off. Went to the new gym. Wow. What a great place. This whole time I was so close to it. Three blocks from church. Talk about GOD will provide!!!
Including warm ups. Bench pins are a little high. I loose some of my shoulder tuck on this bench> Turns out the bench next to it. The pins are one inch lower. Wish I would have figured that out before I maxed out today.

Little bit of a struggle from chest to shoulders. I feel that is do to loosing my shoulders at lift off. Still I made it. Comp pause and all. I see 500 on the horizon. Look out world record. Your about to be buried! Plus my target for those who do not know. First man over the age of 50 under the Body weight of 250 to bench 500 lbs RAW Drug free.

Worlds in November. I want Paul Bossi to referee the lift.
May do it sooner if possible. Nationals or something to that matter. I just want to be sure I have a 100% certified 100% RAW judge there to record the lift.
World record 440.........for now. See ya! National Record.......... 465.6 Best national record in the world.
Won't be to long when that changes.

Wife is sick. I only had time for the flat bench.
135x10 225x7 315x3
Working sets. I wasn't feeling to spry today and kind of weak.
385x3 crushed them 395x3 again, CRUSHED 405x3 static lift 405x3 blew through them best lift of the day by far 405x4 could have had 5. Hesitated. racked it. Best total set including warm ups.

The bench is coming along nicely. I am hoping to do the World's in November depending on money situation. My wife was just told her company is cutting some positions and her job is one of them.Hopefully she will find a job soon.

I had to take a company vehicle home today. That stinks because my boards are in my car. So just sets of three.
135x10 225x7 315x3 405x3 425x3 3 sets 450x1 easy easy easy. Wanted to go for two. I feel I could have simply hit it. But I did what I planned and I need to stick to the plan. I have a huge fear of injury. At 52 I don't mend as well. If I always stay true to the plan I should escape with out injury until after worlds.

Not so good. Boards. I hate boards. Its so hard to get your target.

1 board 455x3 sloppy 2 boards 455 x2 missed 3 3 boards 475 x3 sloppy
Had to go out on a good note. Comp. pause. 460x1 killed it. I had 470 easy.

You have a great bench especially for some one who is 52.Great job.Being older myself it is great to see so many people lifting well into their 50's and 60's. You were a force tobe reckoned with before and you are still the man.

AWWWW ya made me blush. Thanks. It feels good knowing that even at 52. I can still push some serious weight. I cant wait to compete and show everybody what can be done. Once you put your mind to it.
