I have always lifted to music. 2 sets per song, it helps me keep my timing. I use to do a set of bench supersetted with leg lifts; or pull ups supersetted with straight bar curls. I slow down my timing on bench to 1 song per set, when I am done with the basic pyramid I then superset the accessory exercises. Stay strong and keep lifting

Made it up to 385 paused. Heading back to higher rep for a month.
