Those are some pretty good numbers to be putting up no matter how old you are. Considering what you weigh those are pretty impressive weights you are throwing up. I will be curious to see what kind of weight you do when you hit the heavy part of your cycle. I got back into competitions when I turned 48 ten years ago and now put up more weight than I have ever done doing 380 bench in my last competition this past June at 219# and 58 years old. You are never too old to improve.
