While training yesterday it was suggested iI start getting ready for my suit by geting the feel of the weight I will be squatting when my suit arrives. I set the safety bars so the squat bar rested aboout 5 inches below my finish position. I loaded 405, 485, then 575 taking it up for sets of 10.. this is only to get a feel for the heavier weight...yup...it was heavy!
Back... seated rows 180, 200, 220 x 8 and seated pull downs 160, 180, 200 x 8
Still have a headache.....went home there is always tomorrow....God willing!
