315 x 6 405 x 3 495 x 1 585 x 1 675 x 1 on this one I ripped my callous on my left hand again I am working hard on my grip but the freking thing has ripped two times in as many weeks
Seated rows 160x 12 180 x10 220 x 8 240 x 6 done due to tear in palm. back to Hercules tomorrow for shoulders
