I am new to this link. I am 50 lifting in the 308 weight division weighing about 285. Took 6 years off of the gym to go to college and have been back since Nov 2010 I will share my log as often as I can remember to.

are the box squats just bar weight?

Thanks, I am not sure how to answer the question, are the box squats just bar weight? The weights listed are what I had on the bar.
