Ok I just got a tub of AAKG Powder. I plan to start a new stack it will be AAKG Powder, ZMA, Creatine, and my other few supplements I take. My question is about the timing of taking my AAKG Powder. It says to take in the morning on an empty stomach and before working out. I wake up between 7-8am and workout 9:30-10am. So right when I wake up I eat breakfast and then I eat every 2hrs until 10:30pm. So I was thinking of taking around 9am and then again before bed 1am when I get out of work. Would taking that close to bed have any effects of my ZMA's and make it so I do not receive the deep sleep I am looking for from the ZMA's?

When I do use protein. ( ) I My cycle some times calls for it before bed. Then again the old saying. Evey body is different. Trial and error.
