I have competed since 1979 and taken just about everything (natural) that has come down the pike. At 47 years of age, I am finding that the combination of Gaspari SuperPump and Beverly International Synergy are giving me both noticeable strength gains as well as a nice pump at every workout. My weight has gone up to 253 lbs. and I have NOT been working my legs or back heavy at all. I plan on hitting it hard again in a couple of weeks after a much needed vacation. Just thought I'd share this supplement combination that I am impressed with. I order everything from BodyBuilding.com as their prices are the best that I have found and between my wife (Figure) and I we go through a lot.

those are some pricey supplements though aren't they? I haven't tried either of them but if I knew they'd work I may try them. thanks for the heads up.

Check out dpsnutrition.com, that is where I get most all of my supps. online. They are quite a bit cheaper than bodybuilding.com, especially on the products you are talking about.

I have found that Discountanabolics.com has just about the best prices and quick shipping.

Another good site is www.affordablesupplements.com/. They seem to carry more options than anyonne else out there. They also offer free shipping if you spend over $75, which as most of you know is pretty easy to do when ordering supplements. I buy from both this site and bodybuilding.com.

For what it's worth, bodybuilding.com price matches to any website.

Speaking of price matching, Complete Nutrition price matches bodybuilding.com. When you go in you just need to mention bodybuilding.com, and they will look up the supplements on bodybuilding.com right in front of you to check the price. I have purchased supplements from four different Complete Nutrition Stores in the Omaha area, and all of them told me that all Complete Nutritions do this. I have gone into GNCs and asked for the same thing, and they tell me that they are not allowed to price match.

Gee, why does that NOT surprise me? A few days ago (the PR's are in my log- bench day) I chewed a piece of "Amp" gum...which was like a pot of coffee to me, but not so much to make me feel like training, so I thot to add a little more thermogenics, and had a bottle of RedLine in my bag...ended up drinking the whole bottle on top of the amp stuff. Man, I couldn't leave the gym! 2 PR's, and endless sets; that mix was JET FUEL BABY!!! I don't think I should DO that very often! Downside is the price of Redline. Almost $2/ea. I keep something around for days I just can't get with it, usually a tab of AtroPhex or something.

Here's a great supplement combo since the early days....Steak & Milk. No surprises here come meet day for some unknown crud and as far as I am concerned as raw as raw gets.

Throw some eggs into that mix Chancey, and you've got yourself a winner.
