I know whey and creatine are both good for building muscle, but what can I take/do to increase the speed of my recovery?

One of the best things I have found is HMB. I have been taking this for about 6 months now, and it, with the combination of creatine and glutamine, has definitely increased my recovery time.

Go to their website and it will explain it much better than I could. www.hmb.org/about_hmb/index.cfmBasically it helps with protein breakdown, meaning the protein in your body does not break down as much therefore it is more readily available to be used for muscle repair after a workout. That is it in a nutshell but their website explains it in much more detail and with all the scientific data.
