I never really thought about it but I have a pair of Metal Pro Ace briefs and a Metal Pro Ace Squat suit (double ply of course) for a 242lber worn twice if anyone is interested.
I have decided to lift in the annual geared (AAPF) Ohio Police and Fire meet raw to make a statement and won't need these anymore.

Lol. I got my first 700 squat in gear there two years ago. Although not old WPO or Westside braggable level, the crowd still liked it. I lost best lifter to a 220lber who was a little more experienced and somewhat cocky. I would love to win it this year totally raw, but losing a close second would still be a moral victory. (We get to use a mono, so if I am nearing the upper sixes an extra twenty pounds might be feasible since the walk out is gone.)

I did the buckeye routine for the benchpress, squat, overheadpresses, and curling and was able to up the weight by 5lbs./week for 11 straight weeks before I hit the wall. Then I read about the bossi routine where you start with the heavy weight after warm-ups and was able to progress another 10lbs. on the bench. I just box squated 450 for 4 reps benched 305 for 4 and pulled 605 for 2reps in the 18inch d/L. Derrick is getting stronger by the minute and I think he will put at least 100lbs. onto his last total. It's gonna be great to see you and rip some heavy weight off the ground. I would like to come down next month and learn some training techniques on how you guys are so strong.

Your welcome to come down anytime. Right now, Mondays and Sundays are best for me.
I always will love the Buckeye Routine. The thing is a magic bullet until the wall. I have never done any routine so effective until the peak. The trick is finding the next best thing after the wall and resisting the urge to go back to it to soon.
I figured things would be going good for you guys. I don't think you can get better training partners then a father son team.
