Hey Guys ;D
Just thought I'd start up a new topic here. Wondering what you love to eat after your workout. It seems as is I could eat 1k calories right after if I let myself.
My favorite is a big protein shake after 5-10mins, Organic Bagel 30-45min after, followed by a big Turkey Sandwich on Wheat about 60mins afterwards. I think that's also pretty good for me, as I'm getting about 45g of Protein immediately post workout, followed by a good carb source (organic bagel) and then ending with a good carb & protein source (turkey sandwich).
What do you all like right after your workout?
