Hello my name is Erik Blazys and I am interested in becoming a strongman/powerlifter.I was wondering if anybody can put me on the right path in getting me actually started in a routine that kinda combines these..I train Strongman every sunday but I need a good routine...Can anybody please help me out??

Erik, I do alot of strongman competing and training. You need to make sure and be hitting your core lifts, squats(all types) and deadlifts(all types). These will prove to be the most beneficial in strongman. I would stick to your one event day per week and hit the gym the other 2-3 days. Also, a very helpful site is marunde-muscle.com/forum it is loaded with all strongman people from the pros to the starters. It also has a whole section on training and all the routines people are doing. D.J.
