Hey guys, For those of you that compete in curl competitions, I was wondering how frequently (per month or per week) you train biceps directly and what frequency got you the best results? Personally I have gone as high as 3 times a week but generally I do them once a week which is what I am doing now. What do you all do? Thanks.

I only can barbell curl 160...i woudln't really consider that competing HAHA. My biceps get hammered from heavy back work. THey dont' really require alot of direct work but I think it would be cool to see those guys that curl 180 or better..that's just crazy!
