I am back and starting back, I am starting out really light on everything. When I say light I really mean it, I did 135 for ten, then 155 for ten 165 for ten. Each week I am going to go up five pounds on the second and third sets till I can not do it for more than eight reps. AFter I did incline db with 50 which keeping that light did 4 sets of 10-12. Then flies with 40 did 3 sets of 10. Then I polished off my tries with whatever I felt like, but keeped it in the 15 rep range and keeped it farely heavy. It was actually really effective, I was really sore today. Then today I did back, did some sitting rows with 4 sets of 12. Going heavier each set on the row. Then did a hammer strength row with two 45 for one arm. I did the same of 4 sets twelve. Hit lat pulls farely light and finished with t-bar for around 3 45 plates, doing 3 sets of 15 and 2 sets of 10.

Hey stranger! Your plan is a lot smarter than mine. I only took two light/off weeks in December and figured "what the heck, I'll just go back to what I was doing." STUPID! man I hurt like crazy! I think your approach is far intellectually superior.
:')
God Bless!

today was the leg day, which i did light also, but wore a belt. I did squats with 135 2x5, then went up to 275 for 1x5 then but on the belt. went up to 305 for six reps and then 315 for six reps. After that was leg press did 5x10 with two plates then each set went up a fourty five pound plate. Then finished off with leg extensions nothing heavy on that one. Saturday is deadlift.
