Did another "round" of GVT today at the gym . Upped the weights from last week and dropped 1 rep per set . I was happy that I hit all 10 sets of 4 .
workout went like this :
warm up - 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 10
* 10 work sets at 305 lbs. , 90 sec rest between sets
* hit all sets / reps , paused last set / reps a good 2-3 seconds each, had a few more reps left but stopped at 4.
* did some LIGHT incline flyes for 3 sets of 12 reps, not even CLOSE to failure
* did light pushdowns for 5 sets of 15 reps each set
* Had to get out of gym after doing tri's- TOO HOT !!! NO A.C.
I was sweating like a prostitute in church !
(definitley motivated to do a meet in the near future after watching Jim B. compete and win last weekend. )

Looks brutal but you clearly were in charge with the awesome pauses. Hope to see you in that meet soon.
