Felt sick!!! I am fighting a cold and it is sapping my strength. Moosetracks arent even making me feel better.
Bench:(raw) 135 x 10 225 x 8 300 x 1 (end of warmups)
330 x 10 375 x 4 390 x 2 paused (one was touch n go) did some accessory work.
