Great day in the morning! 325x2, that bench is looking STRONG! And your squat and Romanians on the same day, super nasty!
Does planting trees for 7-1/2 hours count as cardio? That's pure evil torture!

Thanks dopar66 , yes the tree planting counted as cardio . They where 12 trees and each weighed 525lb and there was only 2 of us lifting them.

Man! Nice pulling just to have the grip give way! I re-learned a trick from Chancey. When you're doing your deads, on your last rep stand there and hold it for 30 seconds. I haven't made it past 25 yet but WHOO DOGGY it works!
That's some fine looking workouts Sarge! I notice no more trees this go round. :')
